Runway Boutique Return & Refund Policy

At Runway Boutique, Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items or clearance products.
Gift cards.
Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel due to hygiene and health regulations.

2. Return Process

Contact our support team at info@run-boutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and the return address.
Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping service.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Runway Boutique, Inc will cover all return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Customer Preference / Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account statement.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
